依巴斯汀联合除湿止痒软膏治疗手部角化皲裂性湿疹的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察依巴斯汀片联合除湿止痒软膏治疗手部角化皲裂性湿疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将135例手部角化皲裂性湿疹患者按治疗方案分为对照A组(45例)、对照B组(43例)及治疗组(47例)。对照A组患者口服依巴斯汀片,每次10 mg,qd;对照B组患者单用除湿止痒软膏,早晚1次,以薄层涂于患处;治疗组患者口服同等剂量依巴斯汀片联合除湿止痒软膏涂于患处。3组患者均连续治疗4周。观察3组患者临床疗效及治疗前后瘙痒、皮损面积、角化、皲裂和视觉模拟(VAS)评分,并比较不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组患者临床总有效率为68.09%,明显高于对照A组的42.22%及对照B组的16.28%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。3组患者治疗前瘙痒、皮损面积、角化、皲裂及VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,3组患者上述评分均显著降低,且治疗组显著低于对照A组及对照B组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。3组患者不良反应均轻微,且发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:依巴斯汀片联合除湿止痒软膏治疗手部角化皲裂性湿疹疗效显著,能明显改善患者皮肤症状,且安全性较高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Ebastine tablet combined with dehumidification and itching ointment in treating hand keratosis chapped eczema. Methods: 135 cases of hand keratosis chapped eczema were divided into control group A (n = 45) and control group A (n = 45). Control group (n = 43) and treatment group (n = 47). The patients in control group B were treated with dehumidification and itching ointment once in the morning and evening. The patients in the treatment group were treated for 4 weeks with the same dose of Ebastine tablets combined with dehumidification and itching ointment for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy and the scores of pruritus, lesion area, keratosis, chapped and visual analogue vas were observed before and after treatment in the three groups. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 68.09, which was significantly higher than that of the control group A (42.22%) and the control group B (16.28%). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of chapped and VAS between the three groups (P 0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group A and B, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the adverse reactions of the patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group A and B, the difference being statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of eczema (P 0.05). Conclusion: Ebadine tablet combined with dehumidification and itching ointment is effective in treating keratosis chapped eczema of the hand, and it can obviously improve the skin symptoms of the patients, and its safety is high.
