慢性特发性荨麻疹患者不宜追求根除幽门螺杆菌

【摘要】：国内外不少研究认为幽门螺杆菌感染与慢性特发性荨麻疹有关系,但其导致发病的确切证据不足。临床实行幽门螺杆菌根除治疗方案后,荨麻疹病情改善不明显,且有增加幽门螺杆菌耐药的风险,弊大于利,不宜追求根除,仅可进行适度治疗。
[Abstract]:Many studies at home and abroad suggest that Helicobacter pylori infection is associated with chronic idiopathic urticaria, but the exact evidence for the cause of the disease is insufficient. After clinical treatment of Helicobacter pylori eradication, the improvement of urticaria condition is not obvious. And there is the risk of increasing drug resistance of Helicobacter pylori, the harm is greater than the good, it is not suitable to pursue eradication, only appropriate treatment can be carried out.
