幼儿着色性干皮病伴发角化棘皮瘤1例

【摘要】：正患儿男,1岁5个月,出生后3个月被日光照射后面部发红,出现多发粟粒状结节,误认为"湿疹",予以药膏涂抹症状缓解不明显,面部逐渐有色素沉着。1岁时发现左侧面部有一蚕豆大小结节,突出皮肤表面,2个月后自行消退,而后左眼下睑处发现一肿物,生长迅速,遂来就诊。查体:患儿双侧面颊、鼻唇处有密集大小不等的棕褐色雀斑样色素斑左眼下睑处有一肿物,突出皮肤表面,顶部破溃略凹陷(图1)。入院后首次行色素沉着部位皮肤活检及肿物局部活检而后又完整切除肿物送病理检查。
[Abstract]:The male patient was 1 year old and 5 months old. After 3 months of birth, he became red on his face after being irradiated by sunlight. He appeared multiple miliary nodules, mistaken for "eczema". The symptoms of ointment smearing were not obvious. Pigmentation gradually occurred on the face. 1 years old, there was a Vicia faba shape nodules on the left face, which protruded the skin surface, and then subsided 2 months later, then a mass was found in the lower eyelid of the left eye, which grew rapidly, so it came to see a doctor. There is a mass on the lower eyelid of the left eye with dense brown freckle-like pigments of varying sizes at the nose and lip, projecting the surface of the skin. The skin biopsy of pigmentation site and local biopsy of the tumor were performed for the first time after admission and then the tumor was removed completely and sent to pathological examination.
