0.1%苯扎氯胺溶液治疗念珠菌间擦疹98例临床观察

【摘要】：目的观察0.1%苯扎氯铵溶液治疗念珠菌间擦疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的228例念珠菌间擦疹患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,各114例。治疗组予0.1%苯扎氯铵溶液湿敷,对照组予2%酮康唑乳膏外搽,疗程均为7天。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为90.82%和82.29%,差异无统计学意义(P0.05),其不良反应发生率分别为0和5.21%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论0.1%苯扎氯铵溶液湿敷可用于治疗念珠菌间擦疹,且安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of 0.1% benzalkonium chloride solution in the treatment of candidiasis.Methods 228 patients with erasma candida were randomly divided into two groups, 114 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with 0.1% benzalkonium chloride solution and the control group with 2% ketoconazole cream for 7 days.Results the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90.82% and 82.29, respectively. The difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 0 and 5.21, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion the wet compress of 0.1% benzalkonium chloride solution can be used in the treatment of candida rashes with high safety.
