低危型人乳头瘤病毒感染所致尖锐湿疣皮损中CXCL12和E-cadherin的表达及意义

【摘要】:目的:探讨低危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV6、HPV11)所致尖锐湿疣皮损中CXCL12和E-cadherin的表达及意义。方法:从尖锐湿疣标本中筛选出低危型HPV6、HPV11感染的标本,以正常包皮内板组织为对照,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测CXCL12和E-cadherin在两组标本中的表达。结果:由低危型HPV感染所致的皮损内,CXCL12表达下调,下调倍数20.23倍(P=0.001);E-cadherin表达上调,上调倍数3.129(P0.05)。结论:CXCL12在低危型HPV感染皮损中低表达,E-cadherin呈上调趋势,可能与HPV抑制局部免疫应答及改变朗格汉斯细胞与角质形成细胞之间黏附有关,可能在HPV的持续感染和尖锐湿疣的复发机制中起重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and significance of CXCL12 and E-cadherin in lesions of condyloma acuminatum caused by low risk human papillomavirus (HPV6).Methods: low risk HPV6 HPV11 infected specimens were selected from condyloma acuminatum specimens. The expression of CXCL12 and E-cadherin in the two groups was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR with normal prepuce inner plate as control.Results: the expression of CXCL12 was down-regulated in the lesions caused by low-risk HPV infection, and the down-regulation was 20.23 times. The expression of E-cadherin was up-regulated by 3.129% (P 0.05).Conclusion the low expression of E-cadherin in low risk HPV infected skin lesions may be related to the inhibition of local immune response by HPV and the change of adhesion between Langerhans cells and keratinocytes.It may play an important role in the mechanism of persistent infection of HPV and recurrence of condyloma acuminatum.
