发生于乳头的早期梅毒疹1例

【摘要】：正5%早期梅毒疹发生于生殖器以外~([1]),常见于唇部、口腔黏膜和肛周,发生于乳头的早期梅毒疹较少见,若不伴有淋巴结炎,极易被误诊或忽略,本科诊治1例,现报告如下。1病历摘要患者女,44岁。因左乳头糜烂、渗液1个月余,于2015年11月25日就诊于我科。患者1个月前无明显诱因左侧乳头皮肤糜烂,表面少量渗液,无臭味,无明显自觉症状,无水疱及溃疡等。外院诊断为湿疹,外用抗生素软膏后渗液减少,皮损结痂。否认外阴破溃史。
[Abstract]:5% of early syphilis occurred outside the genitals ([1]). It was common in lip, oral mucosa and perianal. Early syphilis occurred in nipple is rare. If not associated with lymphadenitis, it is easy to be misdiagnosed or neglected.The report is as follows: 1. The patient is 44 years old.Due to erosion of the left nipple, exudate for more than one month, in November 25, 2015 in my department.There was no obvious inducement of skin erosion on the left nipple before 1 month, little exudation on the surface, no odor, no obvious symptoms, no blister and ulceration.External hospital diagnosed eczema, antibiotic ointment after the reduction of exudation, skin scab.To deny the history of vulva rupture.
