【摘要】：正1病例资料患者男,52岁,以"咽喉部疼痛伴吞咽梗阻4 d"为主诉入院。患者4d前,饮酒后出现咽喉痛、声嘶、吞咽梗阻及饮水有呛咳,无发热,无呼吸困难,无听力下降,无耳鸣或耳痛,无面瘫。曾在社区医院抗炎治疗3d,症状仍加重。患者既往有8年吸毒史,目前一直口服美沙酮。查体:T 36.3℃,神清,表情痛苦,面部对称,伸舌居中,心肺部听诊未闻及异常,电子喉镜示软腭两侧对称,口咽部未见疱疹,以
