【摘要】：正1临床资料患者女,62岁,右侧颜面部溃疡伴疼痛8年,增大6个月。患者诉8年前右侧颜面部出现一丘疹,无明显自觉症状,未予特殊治疗,丘疹自行破溃,形成溃疡。患者因迷信,拒绝就医,溃疡面积逐渐增大并向深部发展,6个月前穿通颊黏膜。体检:体温37.6℃,脉搏86次/min,呼吸20次/min,血压95/72mm Hg,
