中国汉族人寻常型银屑病AIM2基因多态性遗传模式分析

【摘要】:目的探讨AIM2基因多态性的遗传模式与银屑病表型的相关性。方法研究团队前期通过外显子芯片研究表明AIM2(rs2276405)基因是中国汉族人寻常型银屑病的易感基因之一,以此为基础,运用PLINK 1.07和SPSS 20.0软件对16 876例银屑病患者和22 920例健康对照者的基因型-表型数据和各表型的遗传模式进行统计分析。结果基因型和等位基因分布结果显示A为最小等位基因,G为风险基因。遗传模式分析显示显性模式是AIM2基因多态性位点的最佳遗传模式。与对照组比较,在显性遗传模式中PASI≤20(OR=0.83,P=1.10×10~(-7))的分布较PASI20(OR=0.91,P=3.62×10~(-1))更显著,其次,家族史阴性(OR=0.82,P=6.85×10~(-8))较家族史阳性患者(OR=0.90,P=1.01×10~(-1))统计学差异更有显著性。各表型在病例与对照之间比较差异无统计学意义。结论 AIM2(rs2276405)与中国汉族人寻常型银屑病的发病有显著相关性,在各亚型中显性遗传模式是寻常型银屑病的最佳遗传模式,可能与家族史阴性的轻中度寻常型银屑病患者有关,并因此可能导致寻常型银屑病临床表型的多样性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the association between AIM2 gene polymorphism and psoriasis phenotype.Methods the exon microarray study showed that the AIM2 rs2276405) gene was one of the susceptible genes for psoriasis vulgaris in Chinese Han people.Genotypic data and genetic patterns of 16 876 psoriasis patients and 22 920 healthy controls were analyzed by PLINK 1.07 and SPSS 20.0 software.Results the results of genotype and allele distribution showed that A was the least allele and G was a risk gene.Genetic pattern analysis showed that dominant pattern was the best genetic model for polymorphic loci of AIM2 gene.There was no significant difference in phenotypes between cases and controls.Conclusion AIM2 rs2276405) has a significant correlation with the incidence of psoriasis vulgaris in Chinese Han nationality. The dominant genetic pattern is the best genetic model of psoriasis vulgaris in all subtypes, and may be associated with mild to moderate psoriasis with negative family history.This may lead to phenotypic diversity in psoriasis vulgaris.
