穴位贴敷致急性接触性皮炎1例

【摘要】：正1临床资料患者男,64岁。背部红斑、丘疹、水疱伴瘙痒2d。患者2015年7月在本院针灸康复科进行穴位贴敷治疗哮喘,共贴敷3次,每次贴敷时间6h,每间隔6d贴敷1次,第3次贴敷后,贴敷部位出现红斑、丘疹、水疱伴瘙痒,未进行处理,于2d后来我科门诊就诊。患者既往有支气管哮喘病史12年,咳嗽、咳痰反复发作,以冬季明显,目前处于缓解期,有磺胺类药物过敏史,平素易畏寒发冷,纳可,二便调。舌红苔薄白,脉弦。本院穴位
