【摘要】：目的探讨氮卓斯汀、孟鲁司特钠配合左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效与价值。方法选取就诊于武汉大学医学院附属湖北省中山医院皮肤科的慢性荨麻疹患者150例,随机分为A组、B组、C组(n=50)。A组使用孟鲁司特钠联合左西替利嗪进行治疗;B组使用孟鲁司特钠联合氮卓斯汀治疗;C组联合3种药物治疗。比较3组治疗总有效率及不良反应、安全性等指标。结果疗效评价显示C组治疗总有效率显著高于A、B组(P0.05),且C组安全评分指标也显著优于A、B组(P0.05)。C组患者不良反应发生人数显著少于A、B组(P0.05)。结论氮卓斯汀、孟鲁司特钠联合左西替利嗪共同治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著。能短时间内缓解患者瘙痒、风团等症状,不良反应较少。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect and value of azostostine, montelukast sodium and levo-cetirizine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 150 patients with chronic urticaria were selected from the dermatology department of Hubei Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to the Medical College of Wuhan University. Group A was randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B were treated with montelukast sodium combined with levo-cetirizine. Group B was treated with montelukast sodium combined with azoxetine in combination with three kinds of drugs. The total effective rate, adverse reaction and safety of the three groups were compared. Results the total effective rate in group C was significantly higher than that in group A (P 0.05), and the safety score in group C was significantly better than that in group A (P 0.05). The number of adverse reactions in group C was significantly lower than that in group A (P 0.05). Conclusion azosteine, montelukast sodium and lesitirizine are effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria. It can alleviate the symptoms of itching and wind mass in a short time, and the adverse reaction is less.
