【摘要】：目的:探讨Notch家族蛋白在银屑病发病机制中的作用。方法:收集58例银屑病患者皮损组织病理标本为患者组,同期收集28例表皮痣组织病理标本为对照组,采用免疫组化法检测Notch信号受体、配体(Notch1-4、DLL1、3、4和Jagged1、2)在患者组和对照组皮损标本中的定位及表达。结果:1Notch1、2、3、4,Jagged1、2,DLL1、3、4在银屑病患者皮损表皮中的表达水平较对照组皮损表皮中增强,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P0.05);2Notch1、2、3、4,Jagged1,DLL1、3在银屑病患者皮损真皮中的表达水平较对照组皮损真皮中增强,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P0.05);3DLL4和Jagged2在银屑病患者皮损真皮中的表达水平与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:Notch1-4,Jagged1、2,DLL1、3、4在银屑病患者皮损中表达增强,可能参与了银屑病的发病机制。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the role of Notch family proteins in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods: 58 patients with psoriasis and 28 patients with epidermal nevus were collected as control group. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect Notch signal receptor. The localization and expression of the ligand Notch1-4 DL1O3O4 and Jagged1m2in the skin lesions of patients and controls. Results the expression level of 1 / 1Notch1C / 2Notch1C / DLL1O3O4 in psoriasis patients was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). There was a significant difference between the two groups in the expression of DLL13 in the dermis of psoriatic patients with psoriasis, and the expression level of DLL13 in the dermis of psoriatic patients was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the expression level of DLL1 / 3 in the dermis of psoriatic patients was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the expression of DLL13 in psoriatic lesions. There was significant difference between the two groups in the expression of P0.05DLL4 and Jagged2 in the dermis of psoriasis patients, and there was no significant difference between the two groups compared with the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the expression of 1 / Notch1-4 / Jagged1 / 2 DLL1 / 3 / 4 is increased in psoriatic lesions, which may be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
