养血益气汤联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的：通过自制经验方养血益气汤，，联合窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）对白癜风的疗效观察，探讨中药对于白癜风的治疗作用以及两种治疗有无协同作用或疗效相加。方法：选取门诊白癜风病例94例，随机分为A、B、C三组，进行治疗。A组33例，采用口服养血益气汤（水煎服，日一剂）联合NB-UVB照射（隔日一次，从最小红斑量开始）进行治疗；B组31例，采用口服养血益气汤进行治疗；C组30例，采用NB-UVB照射进行治疗（隔日一次，从最小红斑量开始）。结果：治疗3个月后比较三组治疗结果，三组患者痊愈率、有效率相比有统计学意义。痊愈率统计结果显示A组痊愈率高于其他两组（P=0.0490.05），B组和C组相比痊愈率无显著差异（P＞0.05）。三组患者有效率相比，A组高于其他两组（P0.05），B组和C组患者有效率无明显差别(P=0.59＞0.05）)。结论：1、养血益气汤治疗白癜风具有较好的临床疗效。2、养血益气汤联合NB-UVB治疗白癜风具有有较好的临床疗效。养血益气汤和NB-UVB在白癜风的治疗中有协同作用，且有疗效相加。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of NB-UVB combined with NB-UVB on vitiligo, and to explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on vitiligo and whether the two treatments have synergistic effect or not. Methods: Ninety-four patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into three groups: group A (n = 33) and group A (n = 33). The patients were treated with oral decoction of nourishing blood and tonifying qi (decoction of water, one dose per day) combined with NB-UVB irradiation (once every other day). 31 cases in group B were treated with minimal erythema quantity, 30 cases in group C were treated with oral decoction for nourishing blood and tonifying qi, and 30 cases were treated with NB-UVB irradiation (once every other day, starting from the minimum amount of erythema). Results: after 3 months of treatment, the results of the three groups were compared, the recovery rate and the effective rate of the three groups were statistically significant. The recovery rate of group A was higher than that of other two groups (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in cure rate between group B and C (P > 0.05). The effective rate of the three groups was higher than that of the other two groups. There was no significant difference in the effective rate between group B and group C. there was no significant difference between the three groups (P0. 59 > 0. 05). Conclusion: 1, Yangxue Yiqi decoction has better clinical curative effect on vitiligo, and Yangxue Yiqi decoction combined with NB-UVB has better clinical curative effect on vitiligo. Yangxue Yiqi decoction and NB-UVB have synergistic effect in the treatment of vitiligo.
