阿达帕林凝胶联合医用愈肤生物膜治疗痤疮炎性丘疹临床观察

【摘要】：目的评价0.1%阿达帕林凝胶联合医用愈肤生物膜治疗痤疮炎性丘疹的疗效和安全性。方法采用开放的随机对照研究。按照通用标准选择炎性痤疮患者共95例,其中治疗组50例,对照组45例。治疗组早晨、傍晚各外敷一次医用愈肤生物膜,每次15min,夜间睡眠前外涂0.1%阿达帕林凝胶;对照组夜间睡眠前外涂0.1%阿达帕林凝胶。分别于初诊时、2周、4周、8周观察炎性丘疹的数量、不良反应(干燥、红斑、脱屑、灼热等)的情况。结果在治疗第4周时,治疗组有效率为66.00%,对照组为44.44%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035);治疗8周时,治疗组有效率为94.00%,对照组为77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022);治疗组不良反应发生率为6.00%,对照组为22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。结论阿达帕林凝胶联合医用愈肤生物膜治疗痤疮炎性丘疹疗效显著,不良反应少。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 0.1% adaline gel combined with medical skin healing biofilm in the treatment of acne inflammatory papules. Methods an open randomized controlled study was used. A total of 95 patients with inflammatory acne were selected according to the general criteria, including 50 cases in the treatment group and 45 cases in the control group. In the morning and evening, the treatment group was treated with 0.1% adalin-gel before nighttime sleep, and the control group was treated with 0.1% adalin-gel before nighttime sleep. The quantity of inflammatory papules, adverse reactions (dry, erythema, detritus, scorching, etc.) were observed at 2 weeks and 4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively during the first visit. Results at the 4th week of treatment, the effective rate was 66.00 in the treatment group and 44.44 in the control group. The effective rate was 94.00 in the treatment group and 77.78 in the control group, the difference being statistically significant, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 6.00, and that in the control group was 22.222.The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Adapaline gel combined with medical Yufu biofilm is effective in the treatment of acne inflammatory papules with less adverse reactions.
