高压氧治疗3例白色萎缩临床疗效及不良反应相关文献复习

【摘要】：目的：白色萎缩是一种以小腿和踝部出现紫癜和坏死，愈后留有象牙白色萎缩斑、上有毛细血管扩张，和周围伴色素增加为特征的疾病，由Milian1929年首先报告，命名为白色萎缩，本病又称节段性透明性血管炎，是一种少见的慢性、局造性、复发性毛细血管炎。因其病因不明确，治疗至今仍是一个难题，目前没有一种特别有效的方法，本组选取3例患者，实施高压氧治疗来评价高压氧治疗白色萎缩的有效性。探索高压氧治疗白色萎缩的最佳应用。方法：收集大连医科大学第一附属医院皮肤科自2010年3月至2012年4月就诊高压氧治疗3例白色萎缩患者，3例均在22、25、26岁，平均年龄为24.3；患病时间2-12个月，平均6个月。3例患者家族成员中均无类似疾病。发病部位：3例均在小腿发病，双侧2例，1例单侧，所有患者在常规治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗。结果：3例白色萎缩全部得到随访，均获得良好效果。平均治疗时间4个月，，平均随访时间1年。结论：我们采用高压氧治疗白色萎缩临床效果肯定，是一种较为理想的治疗方法，值得在临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: White atrophy is a disease characterized by purpura and necrosis in the lower leg and ankle, with ivory white atrophy spot, capillary dilatation, and pigmentation around it. It was first reported by Milian1929 and named white atrophy. This disease also known as segmental pellucidal vasculitis, is a rare chronic, local, recurrent capillary inflammation. Because the etiology is not clear, treatment is still a difficult problem, there is no a special effective method, this group of 3 patients, hyperbaric oxygen therapy to evaluate the effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygen treatment of white atrophy. To explore the best application of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of white atrophy. Methods: from March 2010 to April 2012, the Department of Dermatology, the first affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, received hyperbaric oxygen therapy for 3 patients with white atrophy. There was no similar disease in the family members of 3 patients at an average of 6 months. All the patients were treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of routine treatment. Results all 3 cases of white atrophy were followed-up and achieved good results. The average treatment time was 4 months and the average follow-up time was 1 year. Conclusion: the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on white atrophy is certain, and it is an ideal treatment method, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
