微等离子束联合积雪苷霜软膏治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕疗效观察

【摘要】:目的:探讨凹陷性痤疮瘢痕应用微等离子束联合积雪苷霜软膏治疗的临床价值。方法:将40例凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者随机分为微等离子束联合积雪苷霜软膏治疗的观察组和微等离子束治疗的对照组,每组20例,对比两组的临床疗效和安全性。结果:两组治疗前的ECCA评分比较未见统计学差异(P0.05),经治疗后两组ECCA评分均较治疗前明显下降(P0.05),两组降低差值比较未见统计学差异(P0.05)。观察组与对照组总有效率均为85%。两组停工期比较,观察组明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:微等离子束技术治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕安全有效,联合使用积雪苷霜软膏可有效缩短停工期,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical value of microplasma beam combined with snow glycoside cream in the treatment of sunken acne scar. Methods: forty patients with concave acne scar were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group treated with micro-ion beam and the control group treated with snow glycoside cream. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results: there was no significant difference in ECCA scores between the two groups before treatment (P 0.05). After treatment, the ECCA scores of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P 0.05). There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The total effective rate of observation group and control group was 85%. Compared with the two groups, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: it is safe and effective to treat sunken acne scar with micro-ion beam technique. The combined use of snow glycoside cream can effectively shorten the shutdown period and is worth popularizing.
