【摘要】：正1病例介绍患儿,男,1岁3个月,因"皮疹5 d,发热3 d"入院。患儿入院5 d前曾因"支气管肺炎"于我院呼吸科住院,期间因发热给予双氯芬酸钾栓(昆山培力药品有限公司,批号:1303006)12.5 mg,用药后第2天出现皮疹,为充血性丘疹,疹间皮肤正常,部分融合成片,伴轻度瘙痒感,不影响睡眠及饮食,考虑为病毒疹,未予特殊处理,皮疹无明显增多,后患儿病情好转遂出院,3 d前(出院当天)患儿又出现发热,最高39.8℃(腋
