特发性皮肤钙沉着症2例

【摘要】：正例1.患者,女,58岁,因双手指端、躯干结节10年于2012年10月25日来我科门诊就诊。10年前该患者无明显病诱因于右手小指皮肤出现白色硬结,约米粒大小,无疼痛,无发热,手指活动、感觉正常,遂至当地医院就诊,建议行组织活检,但患者拒绝,故未予以特殊处理,后各手指及躯干部逐渐出现类似皮疹,无疼痛,部分破溃后流出白色内容物,伤口外用莫匹罗星软膏后愈合。患者为求进一步明确诊断,遂就
