幼儿疱疹性瘭疽1例

【摘要】：正1临床资料患儿女,9个月。右手拇指深在性疼痛性水疱10d。患儿发病前有上呼吸道感染病史,3周前右侧口角曾出现水疱、糜烂及结痂,有疼痛感,在外院按"单纯疱疹"予阿昔洛韦软膏对症处理后痊愈。10d前患儿右拇指出现豆大深在性聚集的丘疱疹、水疱,疱壁厚,周围红肿,触碰时患儿哭闹,自行外用消炎药膏及口服消炎药物(具体不详),效果不佳。近3天来患儿精神及食欲较差,伴发热,T 38.5℃。患儿有吸允手指习惯。体检:系统检查
