保湿剂对成人轻度特应性皮炎皮肤角质层神经酰胺含量的影响

【摘要】：目的研究保湿剂对成人轻度特应性皮炎治疗前后皮肤角质层神经酰胺含量及含水量的变化。方法本实验选取25例成人轻度特应性皮炎患者和10例健康对照者进行研究,特应性皮炎患者外用保湿剂治疗;采用胶带剥离法采集实验组和对照组前臂屈侧皮肤角质层样本,用高效液相色谱质谱法联用定量检测角质层神经酰胺3含量,用SOFT 5.5皮肤性质测试仪测定皮肤含水量;分析治疗前后患者皮肤神经酰胺3含量及含水量的变化,并根据EASI评分法评价疗效。结果实验组皮肤角质层神经酰胺3含量(0.89±0.49)ng/mg、含水量(31.97±12.04)均低于健康对照组[(10.22±2.69)ng/mg和(67.81±11.05)],两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05);实验组治疗4周后皮肤角质层神经酰胺3含量(2.28±0.69)ng/mg和含水量(50.54±17.22)均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);EASI评分治疗后(0.73±0.66)较治疗前(2.37±1.50)下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);皮肤含水量与角质层神经酰胺3含量呈正相关关系(r=0.51,P0.05),与EASI评分呈负相关关系(r=-0.49,P0.05)。结论成人轻度特应性皮炎患者皮肤角质层神经酰胺3含量下降,使用保湿剂辅助治疗能促进患者症状减轻。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the changes of ceramide content and water content in keratinocytes of adult patients with mild atopic dermatitis treated with moisturizer. Methods 25 adult patients with mild atopic dermatitis and 10 healthy controls were selected to study the treatment of atopic dermatitis with external moisturizer, and the samples of the cuticle of the forearm flexion of the experimental group and the control group were collected by using adhesive tape stripping method. The content of ceramide 3 in the cuticle and the skin water content in the cuticle were measured by HPLC / MS, and the changes of ceramide 3 content and water content in the skin before and after treatment were analyzed. The curative effect was evaluated according to EASI scoring method. Results the content of ceramide 3 in the cuticle of the experimental group was 0.89 卤0.49 ng / mg and the water content was 31.97 卤12.04), which was significantly lower than that in the healthy control group (10.22 卤2.69)ng/mg and 67.81 卤11.05), and the content of ceramide 3 and water content in the cuticular layer of the experimental group were 2.28 卤0.69)ng/mg and 50.54 卤17.22 respectively after 4 weeks of treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05 卤0.66) compared with that before treatment (2.37 卤1.50), and the skin water content was positively correlated with the content of ceramide 3 in the cuticle, and negatively correlated with the EASI score. Conclusion the content of ceramide 3 in the keratinocytes of patients with mild atopic dermatitis was decreased.
