【摘要】：目的评价0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗女童外阴硬化性苔藓(LS)的疗效及安全性。方法 24例女童局部外用0.03%他克莫司软膏每日2次,连续4周,再每晚1次,连续12周,总疗程16周。每4周随访1次,记录症状和皮损变化。疗程结束后第3、6个月随访,记录复发情况。结果 95.83%的女童对治疗有应答,疗程16周时的完全缓解率高于疗程8周时;病程短于1年的女童疗效高于病程超过1年的;停药后6个月的复发率高于停药3个月时。结论 0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗女童外阴硬化性苔藓安全、有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 0.03% tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vulva lichen sclerosus in girls. Methods 24 girls were treated with 0.03% tacrolimus ointment twice a day for 4 weeks and once every night for 12 weeks. The total course of treatment was 16 weeks. The patients were followed up every 4 weeks to record the changes of symptoms and lesions. The recurrence was recorded at 3 and 6 months after the end of the course of treatment. Results 95.83% of the girls responded to the treatment, the complete remission rate at 16 weeks of treatment was higher than that at 8 weeks, the curative effect of girls with a course of less than 1 year was higher than that of more than 1 year, and the recurrence rate at 6 months after withdrawal was higher than that at 3 months after withdrawal. Conclusion 0.03% tacrolimus ointment is safe and effective in the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosus in girls.
