超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合激光辅助曲安奈德导入治疗腋臭术后瘢痕

【摘要】：目的探讨超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合激光辅助曲安奈德注射液经皮导入治疗腋臭局部皮肤切除术后瘢痕的有效性及安全性。方法 16例腋臭局部皮肤切除术后遗留瘢痕患者,瘢痕为条索状增生性瘢痕,采用超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光Deep FX联合UPCO2或Active FX采用人工点阵模式治疗瘢痕,治疗后即刻曲安奈德与利多卡因稀释液顺点阵微孔经皮导入瘢痕组织,3~4个月后行第2次治疗,观察其有效性和不良反应。结果瘢痕改善总有效率为76.5%,其中瘢痕的厚度、质地改善最明显,颜色改善一般,未观察到严重不良反应和并发症。结论超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合曲安奈德经点阵微孔导入治疗腋臭局部皮肤切除术后瘢痕疗效显著,不良反应小,安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy and safety of superpulse carbon dioxide lattice laser combined with laser assisted triamcinolone acetonide injection in the treatment of scar after local excision of axillary osmidrosis. Methods Sixteen patients with scar left after local excision of axillary osmidrosis were treated with hypertrophic scar. Hypertrophic scar was treated by ultrashort carbon dioxide laser deep FX combined with UPCO2 or Active FX in artificial lattice mode. Immediately after treatment, triamcinolone acetonide and lidocaine diluted solution were introduced into scar tissue 3 ~ 4 months later. Results the total effective rate of scar improvement was 76. 5%. The thickness and texture of scar were the most obvious and the color was improved generally. No serious adverse reactions and complications were observed. Conclusion Ultra-pulse carbon dioxide lattice laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide is effective in the treatment of scar after local excision of axillary osmidrosis.
