大柴胡汤合甘露消毒丹治疗急性发热性嗜中性皮病1例

【摘要】：正1临床资料患者男,46岁。全身起疹伴发热、疼痛1周。患者1周前劳累后突感发热,乏力,具体体温未测,自述发现双下肢起红疹,伴轻度疼痛,未予重视,其后发热症状加重,T 38℃,随至我院呼吸内科就诊,查血液分析及胸片均正常,诊断不详,予左氧氟沙星注射液静滴,症状无缓解,皮损数目逐渐增多,左上眼睑水肿,无口腔及生殖器溃疡。遂至我科就诊,以"血管炎"收治入院。发病以来,精神食欲可,平时口苦、口干、大便干结,大便
