【摘要】：正 1 临床资料例1.男,17岁。因头皮肉红色疣状增生物17年,指状赘生物2年余,于2006年2月就诊。患者出生时即发现左枕部有一肉红色斑块,略高于皮面,渐增大呈疣状,皮损部位头发稀少。2年前,皮损边缘出现一红色赘生物,近2个月来增生明显,梳头或抓破后有少量出血,无自觉症状。皮肤科检查:左枕部头皮见一直径约3 cm肉红色斑块,表面呈颗粒状。斑块边缘见一指状
