【摘要】：正1临床资料患者,男性,54岁,主因后腰部肿块25年,进行性增大2年入院。患者缘于25年前发现后腰部一肿块,约11 cm×9 cm,无疼痛等不适,未治疗;近2年肿物进行性增大,现约30 cm×20 cm,伴疼痛、酸胀感,影响患者日常生活。查体:后腰部可见一约30 cm×20 cm大小肿块,局部青紫色改变,无皮肤溃破,局部可触及波动感,伴触痛(见图1)。核磁共
[Abstract]:The patient was 54 years old, mainly due to 25 years of posterior lumbar mass and 2 years of progressive enlargement. The patient was discovered 25 years ago as a mass at the back of the waist, about 11 cm 脳 9 cm, with no discomfort, such as pain, and untreated. In the last 2 years, the tumor increased gradually and is now about 30 cm 脳 20 cm, with pain and acidness, which affects the daily life of the patients.
