红皮病型银屑病并大疱性类天疱疮1例

【摘要】：正1临床资料患者男,48岁。全身弥漫性潮红伴鳞屑2个月。患者于2年前无明显诱因躯干及四肢出现弥漫性潮红且逐步蔓延至全身,伴大量细小鳞屑。当地医院予阿维A胶囊等对症治疗后好转。出院1周后私人诊所予中草药(组分不详)口服,并停用阿维A胶囊,后皮损逐步加重,并泛发全身,遂至本院就诊。体检:一般情况可,血白蛋白32g/L,余未见异常。予白蛋白静滴
[Abstract]:The male patient was 48 years old. The whole body diffuse flashes with scales for 2 months. The patient developed diffuse flushing of torso and extremities 2 years ago and spread to the whole body with a large number of small scales. The local hospital gives Avi A capsule and so on the symptomatic treatment after the improvement. One week after discharge, Chinese herbal medicine (unknown component) was given to the private clinic, and Avera capsule was stopped. The skin lesion was gradually aggravated and spread to the whole body, so I went to our hospital for medical treatment. Physical examination: generally speaking, serum albumin 32 g / L, but not abnormal. Albumin intravenous drip
