皮脂腺痣伴不典型增生1例

【摘要】：正患者,男,57岁,因左颞部肿块伴瘙痒30余年,破溃5月余于2015年5月26日就诊于我科门诊。30年前患者左颞部无明显原因出现一米粒大小淡黄色斑块,表面光滑,伴瘙痒,未重视,随着时间推移,斑块渐增大,形成一条状肿块,疣状表面。1余年前瘙痒加重,5个月前皮损局部破溃、出血,经久不愈,遂来我科就诊。
[Abstract]:The patient, male, 57 years old, because of the left temporal lump with itching for more than 30 years, broke over 5 months after 5 months in May 26, 2015 in our department of clinic.30 years ago, the left temporal region had no obvious cause of one meter size pale yellow plaque, smooth surface, itching, and no attention. As time went on, the plaque gradually increased, formed a lump, and the verrucous surface was.1 for the rest of the year. Pruritus aggravated, 5 months ago, local skin ulceration, bleeding, prolonged illness, then came to my department for treatment.
