【摘要】：正患儿女,3个月。因左眼睑内侧斑块3个月于2013年4月就诊于我科。患儿出生时即发现左上、下眼睑内侧黑褐色斑,并渐增大,视力无明显异常。既往史、个人史、家族史均无特殊。体格检查:一般情况可,各系统检查无异常。皮肤科检查:左上睑内侧黑褐色斑0.6 cm×0.8 cm、左下睑内侧0.6 cm×0.7 cm,呈椭圆形,稍隆起,闭眼时上下睑褐色斑几乎完全吻合,如一块
