光子嫩肤联合中药面膜治疗寻常痤疮的疗效观察

【摘要】： 痤疮是一种毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症,因皮脂腺管与毛孔的堵塞,致使皮脂外流不畅所致。好发于皮脂溢出部位,正常人群的患病率很高,特别是青少年,是皮肤科临床的常见病、多发病。多见于青少年颜面部,部分严重病例愈后会产生色素沉着、疤痕、凹陷等外观,不仅影响美观,而且对患者产生较大的心理压力,严重影响患者身心健康,及时有效的综合治疗对改善患者的生活质量非常重要。研究目的探讨在光子嫩肤治疗中加入中药面膜疗法,能否有效缩短治疗寻常痤疮的周期及提高治疗效果,从而减少使用光子嫩肤的次数,减轻患者的经济负担。研究方法本研究为前瞻性研究,采用半随机对照法。通过大量的文献研究和规范的临床研究有机结合,对比光子嫩肤联合中药面膜治疗寻常痤疮与单纯光子嫩肤或纯中药面膜治疗寻常痤疮的疗效差异,探讨在光子嫩肤治疗中加入中药面膜疗法,能否有效缩短治疗周期及提高治疗效果,从而减少使用光子嫩肤的次数,减轻患者的经济负担。全部病例均来自广州中医药大学附属中山市中医院皮肤科门诊,年龄在18-35岁之间,不论男女,在被研究者本人自愿的基础上分为3组。光子组：采用美国原装进口StarLaxTM第八元素的痤疮治疗头(LuxV)进行治疗。面膜组：采用中山市中医院制剂中药面膜进行面部护理。光子+面膜组：在前述光子组治疗基础上,每次光子嫩肤治疗后3天使用中山市中医院制剂中药面膜进行面部护理。观察3组治疗前后的临床疗效,比较3组在起效时间上的差别；观察3组治疗前后面部炎性损害和非炎性损害数量及程度的变化。记录研究过程中发生的任何不良医学事件,并分析原因。研究结果3组患者的年龄、性别、病程和痤疮严重程度相比较,均无显著性差异,具有可比性。治疗一个疗程后临床疗效比较,光子组及光子+面膜组在治疗早期(前4周)疗效是相近的(P0.05),无显著性差异,但均较面膜组为优。无论是起效时间还是疗效均较面膜组有优势(P0.05)。随着治疗次数的增多(5-6周),面膜组的有效率增加,与光子组相近(P0.05),但比不上光子+面膜组(P0.05)。在治愈率方面,面膜组更是比不上光子组或光子+面膜组(P0.05)。光子+面膜组在治疗后期(5-6周)疗效明显,无论有效率还是治愈率均优于光子组(P0.05)。3组均未发现任何不良医学事件,光子嫩肤治疗中均未出现灼伤皮肤(如红斑、水肿、疼痛持续时间较长等),面膜治疗中均未出现皮肤过敏等不良反应。研究结论研究结果证明,光子嫩肤联合中药面膜治疗寻常痤疮疗效确切,安全性好。在起效时间上相比,光子组与光子+面膜组相近,均优于面膜组。随着治疗时间的延长,光子+面膜组有效率及治愈率均优于光子组,且一直优于面膜组。所以,光子嫩肤联合中药面膜治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效相比单纯使用光子嫩肤或中药面膜治疗在达到相同或更佳治疗效果前提下可有效缩短治疗周期,从而可以减少使用光子嫩肤的次数,减轻患者的经济负担,该治疗方案值得临床推广
[Abstract]:Acne is a chronic inflammation of hair follicle sebaceous glands. It is caused by obstruction of sebaceous ducts and pores, resulting in obstruction of sebaceous outflow. It occurs frequently in sebaceous overflow areas. The prevalence of acne in normal people is very high. Especially in adolescents, acne is a common and frequently-occurring disease in dermatology clinic. The appearance of calmness, scar and depression not only affects the beauty, but also exerts great psychological pressure on the patients, which seriously affects the physical and mental health of the patients. Timely and effective comprehensive treatment is very important to improve the quality of life of the patients.
Objective To investigate whether the application of traditional Chinese medicine facial mask in photorejuvenation can shorten the treatment cycle and improve the treatment effect of acne vulgaris, so as to reduce the frequency of photorejuvenation and reduce the economic burden of patients.
Methods this study was a prospective randomized controlled trial.
Through a large number of literature studies and standardized clinical studies, the efficacy of photorejuvenation combined with traditional Chinese medicine facial mask in the treatment of acne vulgaris was compared with that of photorejuvenation alone or pure traditional Chinese medicine facial mask in the treatment of acne vulgaris. So as to reduce the number of photorejuvenation and reduce the economic burden of patients.
All the cases were from the dermatology clinic of Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The patients aged between 18 and 35 were divided into three groups, regardless of gender. The photon group was treated with LuxV, the eighth element of StarLaxTM imported from the United States. The photon + mask group: on the basis of the photon group treatment, three days after each photon rejuvenation treatment, we used the traditional Chinese medicine mask prepared by Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for facial care. Changes in the number and extent of harmful and non-inflammatory lesions. Record any adverse medical events that occur during the study and analyze the causes.
Results There was no significant difference in age, sex, course of disease and severity of acne among the three groups. After one course of treatment, the efficacy of photon group and photon + mask group was similar (P 0.05) in the early stage of treatment (the first 4 weeks), but they were better than the mask group. With the increase of treatment times (5-6 weeks), the effective rate of the mask group increased, similar to that of the photon group (P 0.05), but not as good as that of the photon + mask group (P 0.05). In terms of cure rate, the photon + mask group was not as effective as the photon group or the photon + mask group (P 0.05). The photon + mask group was more effective in the treatment period (5-6 weeks). No adverse medical events were found in the photorejuvenation group (P 0.05). No skin burns (such as erythema, edema, long duration of pain, etc.) were found in the photorejuvenation group. No adverse reactions such as skin allergy were found in the face mask treatment. Compared with the photon + mask group, the photon + mask group is better than the photon group. With the extension of treatment time, the photon + mask group is better than the photon group in the efficiency and cure rate, and has always been better than the face mask group. Compared with photorejuvenation or traditional Chinese medicine mask therapy, photorejuvenation can shorten the treatment cycle effectively and reduce the frequency of photorejuvenation and the economic burden of patients. This treatment scheme is worthy of clinical promotion.
