5% 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗面部中重度痤疮38例临床疗效观察

【摘要】:目的探讨5%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗面部中重度痤疮的有效性及安全性。方法 38例面部中重度痤疮患者,给予5%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗,每10d治疗1次,连续3次。治疗结束后每2周随访,共随访8周,对患者进行疗效评价并记录不良反应。结果 38例患者经3次治疗后,痊愈18例,显效16例,有效3例,无效1例,有效率为89.47%;在治疗结束后随访第2周,4周时,有效率分别为92.11%和94.74%;随访第8周时,18例痊愈患者中有2例复发,有效率仍达到92.11%。3次治疗结束后Ⅱ级痤疮患者13例,痊愈8例,有效率100.00%;Ⅲ级痤疮患者14例,痊愈7例,有效率92.86%;Ⅳ级痤疮患者11例,痊愈3例,有效率72.73%,痤疮中度患者较重度患者疗效好。治疗后局部仅有轻度红斑、水肿,个别患者出现脓疱、皮肤干燥,不影响治疗。结论 5%5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗是一种安全、简单、高效、不良反应轻且停药后仍然有后续作用的治疗中重度痤疮的极佳方法。

Methods 38 patients with moderate and severe facial acne were treated with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy once every 10 days for 3 consecutive times.
