【摘要】：正Spitz肿瘤是一组发生于青年人,主要由梭形及上皮样肿瘤细胞组成的黑色素细胞肿瘤。Spitz黑色素肿瘤包括良性的Spitz痣,恶性潜能未定的非典型Spitz肿瘤和Spitz样恶性黑色素瘤。目前通过皮肤病理学形态上鉴别惰性病变或是侵袭性致命肿瘤仍是一个难题。有研究表明,Spitz肿瘤存在包括ALK基因融合在内的多种基因融合,且这些基因融合肿瘤具有特定的临床病理特点。为此作者对17例伴有
