带状疱疹伴发急性肾衰1例

【摘要】：正1临床资料患者男,91岁。1周前患者无明显诱因右腰臀部出现红斑和水疱,伴有剧烈的阵发性刺痛,未予治疗,疼痛加剧。发病以来,无发热、头痛、恶心和呕吐等。既往史:15年前行拖出式直肠癌切除术,至今未见复发;有前列腺增生(BPH)病史5年,间断口服非那雄胺片(杭州默沙东制药有限公司生产)10mg(1次/d)、盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊(安斯泰来制药中国有限公司生
[Abstract]:(1) Clinical data of 91 years old patients before 1 weeks of age, there was no obvious inducement to the right waist and buttocks to appear erythema and blister, accompanied by severe paroxysmal stinging pain, untreated, and the pain was aggravated. Since onset, no fever, headache, nausea and vomiting, etc. Past history: 15 years after pulling out rectal cancer resection, so far no recurrence, prostate hyperplasia with (BPH) history of 5 years, Intermittent oral administration of fenasteride tablets (produced by Hangzhou Mersaletin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) 10mg (1 / d), Tanzoloxin Hydrochloride sustained-release capsule (Ansteilai Pharmaceutical China Co., Ltd.)
