【摘要】：正1病历摘要患者女,29岁。因面部疼痛性红色斑块伴间断发热1年余,于2012年11月28日就诊于我院皮肤科。患者于1年多前无明显诱因右侧面部出现一红色丘疹,逐渐发展成红色水肿性斑块,伴触痛,日晒后加重,同时间断发热,为弛张热,最高达38.9℃,在当地医院诊断为"皮肤结核",予口服利福平0.75 g,异烟肼0.3 g,均每日1次,1年余,无好转。患者自发病以来自觉乏力,无关节疼痛及口腔溃疡,发病前无服药史。8
