阿维A联合白芍总苷治疗银屑病的Meta分析

【摘要】：目的系统评价阿维A联合白芍总苷治疗银屑病的临床疗效及不良反应。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、Pub Med和Embase等数据库,收集全部有关阿维A联合白芍总苷治疗银屑病的临床对照试验,其检索时间为建库到2016年10月。根据纳入标准提取资料及评价质量后,运用Cochrane协作网里的RevMan 5.3软件对纳入文献进行分析。结果纳入8篇文献。Meta分析结果显示:阿维A联合白芍总苷治疗组的总有效率[OR=3.15,95%CI(2.04,4.86),P0.01]和PASI评分改善[WMD=-2.05,95%CI(-2.74,-1.36),P0.05]优于单纯阿维A;阿维A联合白芍总苷的口唇干裂、眼干、皮肤干燥及瘙痒、肝功能异常和血脂增高的发生率均低于单纯阿维A(P0.05),但鼻出血发生率两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论阿维A联合白芍总苷治疗银屑病能够提高临床疗效和降低不良反应。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects of Avera combined with total glucoside of paeony in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods Cochrane Library,Pub Med and Embase databases were searched by computer and all the clinical controlled trials of Avera combined with total glucoside of paeony were collected. The retrieval time of the database was established until October 2016. After extracting data and evaluating quality according to the inclusion standard, the inclusion literature was analyzed by using RevMan 5.3 software of Cochrane cooperation network. Results the results of meta analysis showed that the total effective rate [OR=3.15,95%CI (2.04 卤4.86) P 0.01] and the improvement of PASI score (WMD=-2.05,95%CI (-2.74% -1.36) P 0.05) in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the dry, dry and pruritus of mouth, eye, dry skin of Avera combined with total glucoside of Paeoniae Alba were better than that of Avera alone. The incidence of liver dysfunction and hyperlipidemia were lower than that of Avera alone (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in the incidence of epistaxis between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion Avera combined with total glucoside of paeony can improve the clinical efficacy and decrease the adverse reaction of psoriasis.
