【摘要】：正1临床资料患儿男,8 d。足月顺产,出生评分为9分。出生时即被发现左下肢有约5.2 cm×15.3 cm大小的先天性皮肤缺损(图1a),上至膝盖上缘,下至足背,深至皮肤真皮层,呈不规则的哑铃形,膝盖和脚踝处较宽,小腿处较窄,占总体表面积(TBSA)4%。缺损处表面红润,包裹着一层透明黏膜样物质,渗出较多淡黄色液体,伤口无异味,局部肿胀明显,足背呈角弓反张状。2讨论皮肤再生不良(aplasia cutis)又名先天性皮肤缺陷(congenita skin defect),是一种在新生儿表皮、真皮甚至皮下组织中出

At birth, congenital skin defects of the size of about 5.2 cm 脳 15. 3 cm were found in the left lower extremity (Fig. 1a), from the upper edge of the knee to the back of the foot, to the dermis of the skin, with irregular dumbbell shapes, wider knees and ankles, and narrower shins. The total surface area of (TBSA) was 4%. The surface of the defect is ruddy, wrapped in a layer of transparent mucosal material, oozing a lot of yellowish liquid, the wound has no peculiar smell, and the local swelling is obvious. The back of the foot is in the form of angle arch. 2 discussion (aplasia cutis) is a kind of newborn epidermis, dermis and even subcutaneous tissue.
