复发性浅表性肢端纤维黏液瘤1例

【摘要】：报告1例浅表性肢端纤维黏液瘤。患者男,49岁。左手中指结节半年。皮肤科检查:左手中指末端指指关节掌侧一约绿豆大淡红色结节,表面较光滑,触之偶有疼痛。皮损组织病理检查:真皮内见结节状梭形细胞及星状细胞增生,间质疏松、水肿,可见肥大细胞,阿辛蓝染色阳性。免疫组化示:波形蛋白(vimentin)阳性,上皮膜抗原(EMA)及CD34局灶阳性。诊断为浅表性肢端纤维黏液瘤。
[Abstract]:A case of superficial fibrous myxoma of extremity was reported. The patient was 49 years old. Middle finger nodule in left hand for half a year. Dermatology examination: a large reddish mung bean node on the palmar side of the distal phalangeal joint of the middle finger of the left hand, with smooth surface and occasional pain. Histopathological examination: nodular spindle cells and stellate cells were seen in dermis, interstitial looseness, edema, mast cells and positive staining of acinyl blue. Immunohistochemical staining showed that vimentin (vimentin) was positive, epithelial membrane antigen (EMA) and CD34 were positive. Superficial fibrous myxoma of extremity was diagnosed.
