【摘要】：正1临床资料患者女,44岁,已婚,家庭主妇。面部淡红色丘疹伴灰褐色痂1月余。患者40d前无明显诱因鼻部出现散在粟粒样淡红色丘疹,偶有微痒,至当地医院就诊,相关检查后发现已妊娠2个月,考虑为"怀孕反应",给予"痘痘消、肤轻松"等外用药物治疗后皮损无明显变化。30d前患者引产,约7d后在室外阳光下照射近8h,后皮损加重,累及双侧面颊部、额部,部分融合成片,上覆灰褐色黏腻痂块,部分可自行脱落。自发病以来,患者无其
[Abstract]:Female, 44 years old, married, housewife. Facial reddish papules with grayish brown scab for more than 1 month. The patient had no obvious inducement to appear miliary reddish papules in his nose 40 days ago, and had occasional itching. He went to the local hospital to see a doctor. After examination, he found that he had been pregnant for 2 months, considering the "pregnant reaction" and giving "acne elimination". There was no obvious change in skin lesions after treatment with skin ease and other drugs. After 30 days of labor induction, about 7 days after exposure to outdoor sunlight for 8 hours, the skin lesions were aggravated, involving bilateral cheeks, forehead, and parts fused into pieces, covered with grayish brown sticky crusts.
