宁夏地区皮肤基底细胞癌、鳞状细胞癌及黑素瘤1792例回顾性分析

【摘要】：正皮肤起源于外胚叶及中胚叶,组织结构异常复杂,且皮肤是人体最大的一个器官,与外界环境直接接触,在各种致病因素的作用下,各种组织均可异常形成肿瘤,尤其是皮肤恶性肿瘤,可能危及患者的生命。在之前的研究中,已经对宁夏地区皮肤肿瘤的发病情况进行了整体的分析(包括临床上常见的良性、癌前期病变以及恶性皮肤肿瘤),本次研究旨在进一步分析对生命威胁较大的皮肤恶性肿瘤如基底细胞癌、鳞状细胞癌以及黑素瘤,探讨其在本地区的发病情况、临床与组织病理特征。
[Abstract]:Positive skin originates from ectoderm and mesoderm, and its tissue structure is very complicated, and skin is the largest organ of human body. It is in direct contact with external environment. Under the action of various pathogenic factors, all kinds of tissues can form tumor abnormally. Especially the skin malignant tumor, may endanger the patient's life. In previous studies, an overall analysis of the incidence of skin tumors in Ningxia has been carried out (including clinically common benign, precancerous and malignant skin tumors). The purpose of this study was to further analyze malignant skin tumors such as basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma, and to investigate their clinical and histopathological features in the region.
