Sweet综合征误诊为活动性肺结核1例

【摘要】：正患者,男,65岁,因间断发热,伴四肢关节酸痛、红斑半年余,于2013年6月24日入院。既往无特殊病史,无药物过敏史。患者自2012年11月开始受凉后出现间断性发热,体温在39.5℃左右,有畏寒、寒战,发热时伴四肢关节酸痛明显,胸背部及上肢出现红斑,伴疼痛,无皮肤瘙痒,热退后皮疹消退,无咳嗽、咳痰,起病早期在无锡市某综合医院住院治疗,经各科讨论未明确诊断,但排除类风湿关节炎,予抗感染治疗后体温正常,红斑消退,关节酸痛好
