抗蠕形螨治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效研究

【摘要】:目的:问卷调查后分析玫瑰痤疮发病的相关因素;对比奥硝唑、甲硝唑对玫瑰痤疮的治疗效果,探讨新的通过杀灭蠕形螨治疗玫瑰痤疮的方法。方法:选定固定诊室及医生,对2015-10~2016-03间在我科门诊进行诊断、治疗的253例玫瑰痤疮患者以问卷方式收集其一般情况、病史及发病经过、生活习惯、加重因素等信息,统计分析玫瑰痤疮发病的相关因素;筛选螨虫阳性的各型玫瑰痤疮100例,随机分为2组,分别采用奥硝唑片、甲硝唑片根据患者病情治疗2~4w,随访24w,统计试验两组患者螨虫检出率、治愈率、总有效率、复发率,对比奥硝唑与甲硝唑的治疗效果。结果:玫瑰痤疮患者蠕形螨阳性率为90.51%,诱因或加重因素为日晒(30.83%)、辛辣(30.43%)、化妆品(13.04%)、饮酒(12.65%)、精神紧张(8.70%)、劳累(4.35%)和药物(0)。随访结束时,奥硝唑治疗组螨虫检出率为52%,治愈率为30%,总有效率为84%,复发率为10%;甲硝唑治疗组螨虫检出率为62%,治愈率为12%,总有效率为50%,复发率为14%。两组的治愈率、总有效率差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),螨虫检出率、复发率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:玫瑰痤疮的发生与日晒、辛辣、化妆品关系较大;奥硝唑、甲硝唑治疗螨虫阳性的玫瑰痤疮均有明显疗效,奥硝唑抗蠕形螨治疗玫瑰痤疮效果优于甲硝唑。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the related factors of roseacne, to compare the efficacy of ornidazole and metronidazole in the treatment of roseacne, and to explore a new method to treat roseacne by killing Demodex. Methods: a total of 253 patients with roseacne were selected for diagnosis in our department from 2015-10 to 2016-03. The information of general information, history and course of onset, living habits and aggravating factors were collected by questionnaire. The related factors of Acne rosacea were statistically analyzed. 100 cases of rose-acne with positive acariasis were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Ornidazole tablets and metronidazole tablets were treated according to the condition of the patients for 2 weeks and 4 weeks, followed up for 24 weeks. The detection rate, cure rate, total effective rate and recurrence rate of acariasis in the two groups were statistically analyzed. The therapeutic effects of ornidazole and metronidazole were compared. Results: the positive rate of Demodex in rose-acne patients was 90.51.The inducement or aggravating factors were sun (30.83%), spicy (30.43%), cosmetics (13.04%), drinking (12.65%), and stress (8.70%). Fatigue (4.35%) and drugs (0). At the end of follow-up, the detection rate of mite in ornidazole treatment group was 52, the cure rate was 30, the total effective rate was 84 and the recurrence rate was 10. In metronidazole treatment group, the detection rate of mites was 62%, the cure rate was 12, the total effective rate was 50 and the recurrence rate was 14. The difference of cure rate and total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in the detection rate and recurrence rate of mites (P0.05). Conclusion: the occurrence of rose-acne is closely related to the sun, pungent and cosmetic, ornidazole and metronidazole are effective in treating roseacne with acariasis positive, ornidazole is better than metronidazole in treating rose-acne.
