【摘要】：正患儿女,8岁。因大阴唇丘疹伴瘙痒半年,于2008年7月至我科就诊。患儿半年前因腹泻将大便解于内裤上,未及时更换,不久出现双侧大阴唇丘疹伴瘙痒,在当地医院取阴道分泌物查真菌阴性,诊断为"湿疹",给予抗真菌软膏和糖皮质激素软膏外用,症状和皮损无缓解。患儿既往体健,无内分泌、血液、肝、
