微生物在玫瑰痤疮发病机制中的作用

【摘要】：玫瑰痤疮是一种常见的慢性复发性感染性皮肤疾病,可伴有血管功能障碍。关于微生物在玫瑰痤疮发病机制中的作用,目前尚有较多争议。本文综述了目前报道的与玫瑰痤疮发病可能相关的六种微生物:毛囊蠕形螨、Oleronius杆菌、幽门螺旋杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌和肺炎衣原体,并从皮肤微生物屏障角度分析可能的致病机理。表明:微生物的参与和玫瑰痤疮炎症反应密切相关,尤其在个别亚型的发病中具有重要意义,它们也是疾病诱发或加重的重要因素之一。
[Abstract]:Rosacea is a common chronic recurrent infectious skin disease with vascular dysfunction. There is still much controversy about the role of microorganisms in the pathogenesis of rosacea. This article reviews the six microorganisms reported to be related to the pathogenesis of acne rosacea: Demodex folliculae, Oleronius, Helicobacter pylori, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Propionibacterium acnes and Chlamydia pneumoniae, The possible pathogenic mechanism was analyzed from the point of view of skin microbial barrier. The results show that the participation of microorganisms is closely related to rosacea inflammatory response, especially in the pathogenesis of individual subtypes, and they are also one of the important factors of disease inducing or aggravating.
