308nm准分子激光联合米诺地尔溶液治疗斑秃的疗效

【摘要】：目的观察308 nm准分子激光联合外用5%米诺地尔溶液治疗斑秃的疗效。方法将102例门诊确诊的斑秃患者随机分为两组,观察组52例用308 nm准分子激光(每周2次)进行斑秃皮损局部照射,联合外涂5%米诺地尔溶液(1 mL/次,2次/d,连用3个月)治疗。对照组50例单纯外搽5%米诺地尔溶液治疗。结果观察组有效52例,其中治愈28例(53.85%),显效17例(33.33%),有效率为87.18%;对照组有效50例,其中治愈16例(32.43%),显效16例(32.43%),有效率为64.86%。观察组疗效较对照组明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组显效时间显著缩短,同时痊愈时间也显著降低[(41.87±5.63)d vs(72.41±7.82)d,P0.01]。观察组不良反应率较对照组增高(17.95%vs 2.70%,P0.01)。但不良反应症状表现轻微,不需处理。结论 308 nm准分子激光联合外搽5%米诺地尔溶液治疗斑秃相比对照组疗效显著,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of 308th nm excimer laser combined with 5% minodil solution in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods two hundred and two patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group (n = 52) received local irradiation of alopecia areata skin lesions with 308th nm excimer laser (twice a week) and applied 5% minodil solution (1 mL/ twice a day). The patients were treated for 3 months. In the control group, 50 cases were treated with 5% minodil solution. Results in the observation group, 52 cases were effective, among which 28 cases (53.85%) were cured, 17 cases (33.33%) were obviously effective, and the effective rate was 87.18%. Of the 50 cases in the control group, 16 cases (32.43%) were cured and 16 cases (32.43%) were obviously effective. The effective rate was 64.86%. The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the effective time and recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group [(41.87 卤5.63) d vs (72.41 卤7.82) days, P0.01]. The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (17.95%vs 2.70%, P0.01). However, the symptoms of adverse reactions were mild and did not need to be dealt with. Conclusion 308th nm excimer laser combined with external application of 5% minodil solution in the treatment of alopecia areata is more effective than that of the control group, which is worthy of clinical application.
