带状疱疹相关性疼痛患者的心理分析

【摘要】：目的：了解带状疱疹相关性疼痛患者的心理健康状况,为临床心理诊断及心理干预提供参考依据。方法：采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及疼痛时长等一般情况对26例带状疱疹相关性疼痛患者治疗前后进行调查,采取t检验、spearman秩相关等统计方法,运用SPSS17.0软件包进行数据统计分析。结果：带状疱疹相关性疼痛患者在治疗前评估抑郁程度明显高于治疗后,结果具有差异性(p0.01),带状疱疹相关性疼痛患者治疗前后的抑郁程度与疼痛时长明显相关(p0.01)。结论：针对带状疱疹相关性疼痛患者的治疗需采用包括心理治疗在内的多种方法联合治疗,以达到对带状疱疹相关性疼痛更为安全有效的综合治疗目标。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the mental health status of patients with herpes zoster-associated pain and provide reference for clinical psychological diagnosis and psychological intervention. Methods: 26 patients with herpes zoster-associated pain before and after treatment were investigated by self-rating depression scale-(SDS), visual analogue score (VAS) and duration of pain. T-test, spearman rank correlation and other statistical methods were used. SPSS17.0 software package was used for statistical analysis of data. Results: the degree of depression in patients with herpes zoster-associated pain before treatment was significantly higher than that after treatment, and the results were significantly different (p0.01). The degree of depression in patients with herpes zoster-associated pain before and after treatment was significantly correlated with the duration of pain (p0.01). Conclusion: treatment of herpes zoster-associated pain should be combined with psychotherapy in order to achieve the goal of more safe and effective treatment for herpes zoster-associated pain.
