194例寻常型银屑病患者的回顾性分析

【摘要】：目的:通过对194例寻常型银屑病患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,总结本地区近三年来银屑病的发病特点以及中西医结合治疗经验,以更好的预防和治疗银屑病。材料与方法:调查2014-2016年于辽宁中医药大学附属医院皮肤科病房住院的寻常型银屑病患者,对患者一般资料(包括性别、年龄、病程等)、实验室检查(血尿常规、肝肾功、血糖、血脂、免疫功能、肝胆脾彩超等)、临床特点、中医辨证分型、治疗方法及疗效等项目登记列表,用EXCEL软件建立寻常型银屑病患者数据库并进行分析。结果:1.一般情况:共研究患者194例,男女性别构成比为1.69:1,发病年龄多分布在21-60岁。2.发病季节:四季发病,春夏季与秋冬季相比无差异。3.诱发因素:有明确诱发因素78例,占40.21%,多以感染为主。4.既往基础疾病:74例既往患有基础疾病(38.14%),以心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、脂肪肝等疾病为主。5.家族史:有家族遗传病史22例,占11.34%。6.个人史:77例患者有吸烟饮酒等不良嗜好,占总例数的39.69%。7.中医证型分布:主要分为三个证型,血热内蕴证169例(87.11%),血虚风燥证18例(9.28%),气滞血瘀证7例(3.61%)。8.治疗结果:治愈5例,好转184例,无效5例,总有效率97.42%。结论:1.银屑病好发于男性,多见于青中年。2.银屑病病因复杂,与感染、精神、遗传、饮食、环境、药物等因素相关。3.银屑病患者易伴发高血脂、高尿酸、高血糖等代谢障碍。4.血热内蕴证最常见。5.中西医结合治疗银屑病疗效确切,有效率达97.42%。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize the characteristics of psoriasis vulgaris in recent three years and the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in order to prevent and treat psoriasis through retrospective analysis of the medical records of 194 patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Materials and methods: from 2014 to 2016, patients with psoriasis vulgaris hospitalized in the Department of Dermatology, affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine were investigated.
