皮肤结节型淀粉样变性1例

【摘要】：正患者女,25岁。因左小腿淡黄色斑块3年于2012年9月9日来我院就诊。患者3年前左踝、左胫前外伤后出现两块淡黄色斑块,渐增大。2个月前左小腿新增3颗粟粒大淡黄色丘疹。既往体健。体格检查:一般情况良好,系统检查未见明显异常。骨髓穿刺结果未见明显异常。皮肤科检查:左小腿见粟粒至甲盖大淡黄色丘疹、斑块,界清,表面光滑,左踝伸侧皮损略呈暗紫红色(图1A)。取胫前皮损行组织病理检查:表皮
[Abstract]:The positive patient is 25 years old. Because of the yellowish plaques of the left calf, he came to our hospital on September 9, 2012. Three years ago, two pale yellow plaques appeared in the left malleolus and left anterior tibia trauma, and gradually increased. Three millet yellow papules were added to the left leg 2 months ago. I used to be in good health. Physical examination: the general condition is good, and there is no obvious abnormality in the systematic examination. There was no obvious abnormality in the results of bone marrow puncture. Dermatological examination: large yellowish papules from millet to nail cap, plaques, clear boundary, smooth surface, slightly dark purplish red skin lesions on the extensor side of the left malleolus (Fig. 1A).
