卡介菌多糖核酸联合特异性脱敏对特应性皮炎患者血清IL-2与IL-4水平的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸联合特异性脱敏治疗对特应性皮炎患者IL-2与IL-4表达的影响。方法选择35例特应性皮炎患者作为治疗组,同时选择32名本单位健康职工作为正常对照组。治疗组患者应用卡介菌多糖核酸治疗共半年,同时采用阿罗格行脱敏治疗并持续至1年,采用放射免疫法测定对照组人群和治疗前后患者血清总IgE,IL-2和IL-4水平。结果特应性皮炎患者治疗前血清IL-4水平(5.11±1.47)μg/L和IgE水平(8.93±3.15)U/mL明显高于正常对照组(3.32±1.08)μg/L和(1.66±1.56)U/mL(P0.01),治疗前患者IL-2水平(2.16±0.97)μg/L明显低于对照组(5.60±1.49)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);治疗1年后血清IL-2水平(4.51±1.76)μg/L较治疗前显著升高,而治疗后IL-4和IgE水平(3.32±1.08)μg/L和(4.62±2.15)U/mL较之治疗前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。相关性分析表明,血清IL-2水平与SCORAD得分呈显著负相关(P0.01);而血清IL-4水平与SCORAD得分呈显著正相关(P0.01)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸联合特异性脱敏可通过调控Th1/Th2细胞因子之间的平衡用以治疗特应性皮炎患者。
