308nm准分子激光联合他克莫司治疗稳定期头面部白癜风效果观察

【摘要】：正白癜风发病机制目前尚不明确,临床尚无有效治疗方法。2013年7月~2014年12月,我们采用308 nm准分子激光联合他克莫司治疗70例稳定期头面部白癜风患者,取得较好效果。现报告如下。临床资料:研究对象为稳定期头面部白癜风患者137例,男61例、女76例,年龄18~52(31.2±2.6)岁,病程(2.5±0.8)年;均符合白癜风的诊断及分期标准。排除存在光敏史、紫外线照射禁忌证
