A型性格与玫瑰痤疮的相关性研究

【摘要】：目的:研究A型性格与玫瑰痤疮的相关性。方法:对我院皮肤科门诊160例确诊为玫瑰痤疮的患者应用A型性格类型量表进行性格类型的测评,并将其与145例正常对照组比较。结果:9例玫瑰痤疮组患者及2例正常对照组人员因问卷真实性低(L≥7分),测试作废;151例玫瑰痤疮组患者中A型性格38例(25.2%),中间型性格7例(4.6%),B型性格106例(70.2%),其A型性格所占比例明显高于正常对照组(4.2%),且A型性格的"TH""CH"和"TH+CH"分量表得分也与正常对照组有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:玫瑰痤疮患者中A型性格占优势。
