面部光线性扁平苔藓1例

【摘要】：正患者男,18岁。因面部多发紫红色斑疹4个月,于2013年10月25日来天津市中医药研究院附属医院皮肤科就诊。患者4个月前,曝晒后于额部出现绿豆大红色丘疹,后丘疹逐渐扩大,并蔓延至面部其他部位,皮疹紫红色,边缘色浅略隆起,中心稍萎缩,无明显不适。曾在当地医院就诊,诊断为真菌感染,予外用药物治疗(具体用药不洋),未见明显疗效。体格检查:一般情况良好,各系统检查无异常。皮

[Abstract]:The positive patient is 18 years old. Due to multiple purplish red rash for 4 months, he came to the Department of Dermatology, affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Institute of traditional Chinese Medicine on October 25, 2013. Four months ago, mung bean red papules appeared in the forehead after exposure, and then the papules gradually expanded and spread to other parts of the face. The rash was purplish red, the edge color was slightly bulging, the center was slightly atrophied, and there was no obvious discomfort. Once in the local hospital, diagnosed as fungal infection, treated with external drugs (specific use of drugs), no obvious curative effect. Physical examination: the general condition is good, each system examination is not abnormal. Skin
